Forms Prior to Massage
Prior to your session please fill out the consent and initial intake form; health history, injuries, medications and your goals that you would like me to work with you on during our sessions. I will do a brief postural analysis on our first session. Please have this filled out and sent back to me 24 hours before our first session or I will need to reschedule your appointment.
Swedish Massage
If you are in need of relaxation from regular wear and tear, this style is a great way to maintenance your body. Long soothing strokes followed by gentle yet firm pressure to ensure you feel great during and after your session.

Life Stream Massage
A tension tamer for the high stress individual, specifically for those spots that just won’t let go. The Life Stream Massage provides a balance between the styles of deep tissue and Swedish massage. This also helps with relieving sore muscles.

Tui-Na/ Chinese Sports Massage
The translation of Tui is to push, and Na is to pull in Mandarin. This is my personal favorite. A vigorous modality of Chinese massage composed of brushing, pulling, pressing and cupping movements at all different pressures gentle stretches are intertwined throughout the massage for tension relief.

Seated Chair
For stress reduction in various public settings. Happy to accommodate your needs for massage in a public setting or for your company’s employees as long as massages are booked for a 3-hour block. This is a great benefit for those who take care of others and need some self-care as well.
Pre-session required prior to class
Pre-session: Are you tired of doing a lot of sit-ups with low results? I can teach you how to do 10 sit-ups in a way so that improve your results. Learn how to hold your body in an entirely new way. The pre-session provides the basics needed for a great Pilates work out. Pilates or sit ups will never be easy again! Pre-session class is a combination of an initial evaluation, a screening as well as a basic movement class. Pilates concepts to Pilates movement will be taught such as; neutral spine, posterior, neutral and anterior pelvis, core engagement and axial elongation. This will lay a foundation for your movement journey.

The Pilates reformer is a great way to build up to movement that you need assistance with. For those trying to continue after rehabilitation or get into shape for a sport, the reformer classes can help you reach your goals.
